1. General Provisions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Jojobet platform (the Site). 7. The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and you will not use the Site for illegal activities or proceeds derived therefrom.
8. You will use only your own valid payment details and personal data for deposits and withdrawals; no third party funding or transfers to or from your account are permitted.
9. You acknowledge the risks associated with online gambling and that participation may result in loss of funds.
10. You agree to comply with the platform's identity verification procedures and to provide requested documents; failure to cooperate may result in suspension or closure of your account.

3. Your Account

1. 3.1 Registration and Account Opening

   2. You may have only one active account. If you attempt to create multiple accounts, all such accounts may be blocked or closed, and any bets or winnings may be voided at the operator's discretion; the operator may seek recovery of any benefits obtained via duplicate accounts.
   3. You will be subject to identity verification. If you fail to provide requested documents or provide false information, the account may be blocked or closed at the operator’s discretion.
   4. If you become aware of duplicate accounts, you must notify the operator immediately; failure to do so may result in restricted access.
   5. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. The operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use caused by your failure to protect credentials or devices. If any device used to access the account is lost or stolen, you must notify the operator promptly.
   6. You must not transfer funds to or receive funds from other players on your account or to or from third parties; account ownership must be personal and non-transferable.
   7. The operator may deny or close an account at its sole discretion.
   8. The operator may declare a bet null or partially void in the event of a detected error, misprint, or software fault in the payout table, odds, or game software.
   9. The operator may perform a card verification by authorizing a small charge (for example equivalent to 1 USD) for a short period to verify ownership of the payment card; any such charge will be reversed or credited back to the account.
   10. The operator may suspend access to the account or require additional documentation if identity cannot be verified.
   11. Inactive accounts as defined by no logins or activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may incur a monthly administration fee until the balance is reduced to zero or the account becomes active again.
   12. The operator reserves the right to terminate or suspend the relationship and block or close the account at its discretion.

   1. Only one account registered in the name of the user is permitted; duplicate accounts will be treated as duplicates and may be closed; where the operator keeps a single active account, remaining deposits may be transferred to that account at the operator’s discretion.
   2. You may use any of the available deposit methods listed on the Site; the operator may update these methods from time to time.
   3. Additional verification procedures may be applied to confirm your identity or source of funds.
   4. You agree not to reverse or cancel transactions in a manner that would cause funds to be returned to third parties or evade legal obligations; you may be required to return funds or costs incurred by the operator due to such action.
   5. Bank transfers for refunds are subject to the recipient bearing any applicable charges.
   6. SMS deposits must use a single phone number registered in your profile; deposits from other sources or using third party facilities are not permitted. A negative balance on the account may prevent SMS deposits and repeated breaches may lead to account blocking.
   7. The operator may suspend or block an account and recover winnings if fraud or suspicious activity is detected; the operator may report such activities to relevant authorities and engage collection mechanisms if necessary.
   8. The operator reserves the right to limit, suspend or cancel winnings and to remediate accounts in cases of unresolved payment disputes or suspected fraud. The operator may apply offsets against a positive balance to satisfy any outstanding amounts to the user or to third parties.

4. Promotions, Bonuses and Tournaments

Promotional offers and tournaments are published on the Site with terms and conditions that govern eligibility, wagering requirements, and specific timeframes. Jojobet may modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions at any time in its sole discretion. Winnings derived from promotions may be subject to verification and clawback if terms are not met or if the account is found to be non compliant with these Terms.

5. Software, Intellectual Property and Licensing

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jojobet regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
